I had a delightful stay at this hotel with really clean and comfortable rooms that offer a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel. The service, however, left something to be desired, as the staff seemed to need a little more training. The location was great, being situated on The Island in Pigeon Forge, which made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good value for the money, even though I wish there were more dining options available.

The rooms were quite spacious and clean, but the customer service left a bit to be desired. The amenities were nice, but some could use a little more attention.
