I had a delightful stay at this hotel with really clean and comfortable rooms that offer a fantastic view of the Ferris wheel. The service, however, left something to be desired, as the staff seemed to need a little more training. The location was great, being situated on The Island in Pigeon Forge, which made it convenient for exploring nearby attractions. Overall, it was a good value for the money, even though I wish there were more dining options available.

I had a delightful stay at this hotel, thanks to its great location by the river and close to plenty of activities. The rooms were quite spacious and clean, but the customer service left a bit to be desired. The amenities were nice, but some could use a little more attention. Overall, it provided good value for money, despite a few service hiccups.
